      Pros

      Amazing people, everyone is kind and great to work with. Verizon benefits. Financial backing of large telecom company. They truly care about your well being and work life balance. The company tries hard to make real positive impact in the community.

      Cons

      Everyone is spread thin because of the high attrition. Good leadership in some departments, poor in others. No real innovation happening anymore. Engineering doesn’t report to Visible’s CEO, causing conflicting priorities. Any project takes longer than it should to get done. Continues to hire more and more Verizon employees and is slowly becoming more part of the parent company. Backtracking from being a remote company to only hiring near Verizon offices.

      I've been working here for a few years and love the team I work with. There is a lot of cross-collaboration due to the nature of the business. Pros: Competitive salary Benefits thanks to Verizon (esp. tuition reimbursement) WFH schedule

      Too many meetings People are overworked - needs to hire at a much faster pace Lack of accountability when things get broken
