Option of work from home also available. Salary is paid as per market rate which is very fair. The company has a great products which have huge potential People that work here are genuinely helpful and friendly Management are really supportive People are promoted internally All the employees are divided into various houses, so we have occasional house games and events that helps to know other people from different teams and sector which usually doesn't happen. Average attitudes and poor performance isn't ignored which is a very good thing. Other additional points- Gym membership, opportunity to play and represent the company in various sports (if you love sports) Internal sports activities organised by the HR and admin team as well.
