Pros

Good work life balance when things go well.

Cons

Things rarely go well. The heads are inexperienced in developing mobile games. They promise too much to their investors and provide too little resources to put those promises to action. My entire team were told we were going to be laid off in a month and yet they still make promises to the investors. When the management realized that the bulk of the actual experienced developers are the people being laid off they panicked and resorted to emailing the staff individually, by-passing their managers and leads to please help them hit their goals and to do as much as we can before we leave the company.

Pros

Unique technology in the sports space

Cons

Unclear structure with little distinction between investor-owners, who act like management, and managers, who struggle to operate due to this. As a result of this bloated structure, decision making is slow, team members are not empowered to execute and deliver, and the company moves slowly. The team is spread out globally, which creates a siloed culture. It's a shame as the vision and product have potential.

Pros

- Great work environment and people to work with. - Good compensation and benefits for Málaga (and Spain in general). - Small company with a lot of potential to grow and develop, and you can influence this growth. - The company is hiring lots of great and talented people.

Cons

- The project is still pretty small and that can cause uncertainty for some people. - No clear values set yet. - I feel like Senior Management likes to have too much control over the different departments / Slack channels, etc.
