They offer part-time working and most of the actual calling team are lovely

The managing director is set in his ways and doesn't like anyone who challenges anything. He's known internally for having mood swings depending on the day. Your either management or a caller. There's no in-between and they don't actually provide any sales training.

Part time school hours, hybrid working

Not much training, micro management, constant teams messages / emails asking how will you meet targets ? Why are calls down? Employee call stats posted daily & targets achieved/ not achieved posted daily - you need a thick skin to stick it out at this company. (Or just don’t read your teams alerts or emails)
