High pressure - 1st line Engineer Virtual IT Employee Review

You learn alot as you will be thrown in the deep end great team ( well those who i worked with while i was there) relaxed dress code

Pay is atrocious, they expect you to go far and beyond but your pay does not reflect this Only senior management get bonus location is awful and depressing, the only reason this place was chosen is because the CEO lives close by. too much brown nosing and it seems those who are willing to compromise their principles get the opportunities first

* Great run company with no corner cutting. * Business model is good and allows people to lean the way to support customers quite quickly. * Due to the large amount of different customers you learn a lot really quickly and are always learning something new* *progression steps are clear and accomplishable

* Head office isn't great * Company growth is relativity slow and doesn't look at the larger "big wide world"
