Unorganized, Unprofessional, and Completely Mismanaged - Anonymous employee Virtual Health Partners Employee Review

Working here was an incredibly disappointing experience. The company is unorganized and chaotic, with zero clear processes or direction. Leadership, particularly the CEO, fosters a toxic environment and often gaslights employees rather than addressing legitimate concerns. It's apparent that any positive review on this platform was likely written by the CEO or someone under pressure to do so, as it doesn’t reflect reality. The workplace is consistently unprofessional, plagued by mismanagement, and lacks any redeeming qualities. No proper training, no support, and no sense of accountability make this a complete disaster of an organization.
