Pros

Some good people, finally hybrid, some effort in team bonding, good compensation packages depending on how good your negotiate

Cons

More of "family first" company rather than one that rewards on merit, management is highly biased and favoursim is all that matters to them

Thank you for submitting feedback about your experience with Virtual Gurus - it's always greatly appreciated. The team camaraderie that we have been able to cultivate is something that we've been proud of so we're happy that you have experienced that culture as well. Fairness and equity are some of the core values that the company has been built on so we take these matters seriously. As a result, our rewards systems are built on these exact principles; we are a company that like to reward our team members for good performance but our internal team members have transparency into what that process looks like. We thank you for your feedback, and wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

Flexible schedule offers week and weekend schedules.

Cons

Low pay. Must invest almost ten unpaid hours on onboard proficiency assessments, group Zoom interview with other candidates, profile building, then 2+ hours orientation. Company doesn’t pay for any supplies needed to complete an assignment. Company demands that you not work another job when they’re assignments are inconsistent and pay is grossly low.
