Pros

Working at Virtual Freelance Asia isn’t just about work. It really feels like being part of a family. The company lives by its core values of integrity and you can feel that in how everyone supports each other. People at VFA are approachable, encouraging, and always willing to help. Growth on both personal and professional is always supported. It’s a positive and supportive environment where you truly feel valued, not just as a worker, but as a person.

Cons

One of the cons of working in Virtual Freelance Asia—common with any WFH setup is the need for a strong and stable internet connection at all times. Since everything is done remotely, connectivity issues can directly affect work and productivity. Another consideration is that VFA operates on a no work, no pay basis. This is understandable, as team members are engaged as independent contractors, not regular employees. While it offers flexibility and independence, it also means being responsible for managing time, availability, and consistency in work.

Pros

What I truly appreciate about Virtual Freelancer Asia is the trust they place in their Virtual Assistants. They allow you to grow at your own pace without unnecessary pressure, which creates a healthy and encouraging work environment. Management genuinely recognizes effort and performance—they take the time to know their VAs and consistently make you feel valued. You’re treated with respect and trust, and there’s a strong sense of family within the organization rather than feeling like just another resource.

Cons

Currently, most clients are based in the US, so work schedules are mainly aligned with US time zones. It would be great to see expansion to clients in other regions to offer more flexibility, including day-shift opportunities.
