      Flexibility ,and an opportunity to work home. But it's not for the weak.

      Cons

      Excessive pressure to meet productivity not quality. I still wonder how they maintain business with limit revenue coming in. Managers are inexperience and limited training available. No immediate answers to your questions and is told to see job aide when you are expected to meet productivity

      Flexible hours, good pay, great teamwork and wonderful HR department

      Cons

      Training department could use an overhaul but is working to update things.

      It's work from home, benefits are decent, hours are flexible

      Recent push for generative AI/LLMs in work flow, productivity expectations are rough, little to no upward movement within the company, constant change in project assignment
