Pros
Actually looking forward to work on Monday is a novel idea to most. I'm lucky enough to feel that suttle excitement every Sunday. While I do enjoy my work immensly, I look forward to seeing my colleagues on Monday more. It's a lot easier to above and beyond what's required of you, maybe work some late nights when you like the people that are grinding right along side you. Everyone knows exactly why we are all there at the end of the day. We are there to make video advertising human. And I think that's pretty cool. So does everyone else I work with. A person will only work so hard for money. Yes we get paid, but we work as hard as we do because we actually beleive we can make a difference and leave our impression on the ad tech industry.
Cons
Things move fast. Everyone might not be caught up with everything going on because, well there are so many things going on on any given day. But that's why you ask questions!
