Pros
Typical Sales environment. Nobody wants you at their store unless you're good at sales. Money is good. People are the best to work with.
Cons
Terrible Managers, they only sell and they don't care for you anymore. Company has gone downhill over who should run the stores. If you sell and you're a shark you should be here. Upper Managers (RMs) are just there to annoy you and to never help you with anything except for threatening write ups for being late once or twice. If your RM doesn't like you, good luck. You're going to a underperforming store until you quit or get fired from a PD, about your warranty, accessories, internet or whatever else they want to write you up for, it doesn't matter, they're going to find something. You will not be promoted to Headoffice. Regional Managers have blocked many applications to Headoffice and will always block them.
