Cons
Lots of peculiar decisions make by head office make my very nervous about the future of the business. Constant cost cutting, getting rid of licensed music, group exercise programs seem to change format and change lead every 6 months. Constant restructuring at the top makes it difficult to know who to reach out to with issues or to see a clear vision and direction for the company.
