Pros
- Free membership -great staff members - Good in house training opportunities (when you’re allowed to go on the courses) - discounted Premier training courses I would recommend only on a so short term part time role
Cons
-Extremely high staff turnover from management down to member care - Pedantic management who want tins done according to their personal taste rather tan company strategy - Low pay for the standards of work, ours and passion of staff - Miscommunication / no communication between departments - Pay roll!!!! Not paying, underpaying The perception of the club and the reality are so very different
