Extended hours of work No learning (Don't teach you anything new, only tell you to do work) 6 days working, sometimes ask you to work even on Sundays Issues for basic amenities like tissue paper, tea, coffee and break during lunch. No perks for extra work (Extra hours, days) if some issue happen, they ask you for penalty money. Problems in extracting expenses (like travel allowance/Petrol while going for some work) When you join they would pretend as if you are going to learn new things and technologies. They will boast about technologies they are working. But they are working on old technologies and don't even tell you if you ask something.
