Have no concept of what is training even when they are completely aware of your lack of experience on certain areas, they will expect you to complete the job and rush you. Upper management will ask you to do something and tell you it's a rush and while you're in the middle of doing the task they will pull you out of it and give you another rush job. Very unhealthy environment.
