I personally and genuinely do not feel there are any pros in working with this organization

Cons

- There is a work-life balance only in the 1st month of joining. - Also, if you are from in and around Karnataka only join the company, as they majorly speak Kannada and there is no value for people speaking in English. - They are too old school when it comes to technology. Absolutely no place for the technically savvy freshers.
