Pros
nothing great to learn & working in WCIP
Cons
This college positions itself as a super-premium institution, but my experience has been far from it.
The mindset within the administration feels outdated and rigid, and the overall approach lacks the professionalism expected from an institute charging such high fees. Basic expectations like responsiveness, transparency, and student-centric thinking are clearly missing.
For an institution that promotes itself as “premium,” the actual standards are surprisingly low. The attitude reflects more of a rigid, old-school mindset rather than a modern, forward-thinking educational environment.
I would strongly advise prospective students and parents to look beyond the branding and thoroughly evaluate the ground reality before making a decision.
The HR department Specially (Head), in particular, seems disconnected from the ground realities. Their recruitment standards and oversight are questionable, and it reflects directly in the day-to-day functioning of the campus. What makes it even more surprising is that despite the inefficiencies, the compensation levels for certain roles are unusually high. I don't know how Chairman is affording it.
Policy for the company changes according to Employees, they don't. For Every Person the policy is different, they like to review the policy daily.
I have also heard people how don't work or delicate their work, get special Bonus, which is very good.
There is a particular individual from the ex-service background serving as the Bursar who displays a high level of arrogance and an overly inflated ego. He frequently presents himself to the Chairman as if he possesses complete knowledge of every matter, but in reality, my experience has been quite the opposite. His behavior reflects more show than substance, which ultimately affects the professionalism and effectiveness expected from a premium institution.
There are no positive point of the organization.
