      Good co workers to work with

      Cons

      Poor management and getting blamed for anything that they asked you to do even if you follow instructions. Will only reach out negatively and put all fault on employee and not find ways to treat employees like adults

      Pros

      Great mentorship. Excellent people to people to learn from and grow with.

      Cons

      High-speed environment with little standardized training. Some folks without the requisite skillset or patience with the learning-curve have bounced off this place hard.

      Better than average support desk Not a call center style position Easy transition from Tier 1 to Tier 2 Better if you have a communicative team

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of communication between service desk and management without breaking chain of command. Insurance is pretty crap even with the best options
