Pros

The colleagues who tried to keep morale up despite the chaos.

Cons

I spent 8 years of my life here, dedicated to the core of my being. There was not one responsibility that I did not undertake with utmost determination and sincerity. I was made to move within sister organisations, transitioned between roles and responsibilities every six months, and handle critical tasks without resources- all of which I did without complaint, out of the respect I had for this organisation. After 8 years of having worked my soul off and giving everything I had, I was treated like a stranger when decided to move out of this organisation. This whole experience, my exit process and the treatment since, has been disheartening, humiliating, and mentally disturbing. There are so many cons to working in this organisation that it cant be listed in a review, but I will summarise it for the sake of the next person who decides to join them. 1. Rules get change overnight and nothing is documented or honoured. On a whim, a new process is created every 10 weeks and people are expected to comply without questions. With no formal onboarding, off-boarding, HR framework, or any process for that matter. Everything operates on personal whims and nothing is honored if it doesn’t align with their interest. 2. Interference in every task while offering no real guidance. Leaders are expected to take decision, but are questioned like freshers if they decide to take one on their own accord. 3.Disrespectful Exit Process: No relieving letter has been given to me three months since my departure. As a person who was a part of the management, no feedback was taken upon my exit. I was honoured with silence after years of loyalty. 4.No credibility or professionalism: They talk about being an industry leader but fail at the most basic requirement: treating employees with dignity and respect. I will conclude by saying that employers expect employees to move mountains for them. But in the end, the expectation goes both ways. I was loyal right till the end and the payout I received was heartbreaking.
