      Salary is fair and the people are great to work with

      Cons

      Everything needs approval from global headquarters which had our hands tied. They change their mind without heads-up and decided to layoff 60% of their work force in 2023

      Pros

      People I worked with in the Irvine office were great, friendly, and hard working.

      Cons

      Had to run everything by Vietnam team which made things less efficient. Had a lot of differing opinions to Vietnam team with how they operate and want to do things.
