      Pros

      The work culture in Melbourne was good. Great and professional team to work with in Australia Great engineering team in Vietnam

      Cons

      Very long working hours, no work/life balance System based on publicly shaming people for doing something wrong Not being recognised for going the extra mile by top management Constant changes to the programs Impossible deadlines without thinking about all the safety, regulations and standards that cars need to achieve

      Pros

      People I worked with in the Irvine office were great, friendly, and hard working.

      Cons

      Had to run everything by Vietnam team which made things less efficient. Had a lot of differing opinions to Vietnam team with how they operate and want to do things.
