      The money is good; coworkers are great.

      Cons

      The restaurant is falling apart, and the owner refuses to do anything about it. When it rains, half the restaurant is completely unusable from roof leaks.

      It’s an established, well loved restaurant. A lot of attention goes into food and beverage knowledge.

      Cons

      Shared tips, a large area to cover carrying very heavy cast iron plates and always in the weeds.
