Pros

Vimaan Robotics offers a truly exciting engineering environment, especially if you enjoy working on end-to-end systems. The problems span across data acquisition (sensor/camera systems), large-scale data processing, and building meaningful visualizations on top of that data. The company works on computer vision and AI-driven warehouse solutions, which means you get exposure to real-world applications of ML, data acquisition systems, and distributed systems. There is strong ownership, and engineers often get to work across multiple layers of the stack rather than being siloed. Great place to learn about: Computer vision pipelines Real-time data systems Scalable backend + visualization Applied AI in industrial environments

Cons

Like most fast-growing startups, priorities can be dynamic

Pros

The problem is real that we are trying to fix, but the technology that we sell them is not. Unfortunately it may take a few months to realize that leadership is in over their heads and have bitten off more than they can chew. The sw is unreliable, the hardware is cheap and poorly constructed mainly because we try to "save money" and do not hire engineers with any real commerical experience (again to save money. But it ends up costing us more in the long run and our customers grow tired of the excuses and do not renew.

Cons

Too late. Just when you think things can't get any worse, they do. Millions of dollars squandered due to very bad decision. I hope investors don't expect to get a return. They were sold a bridge to nowhere.
