      Micromanaging, Invasive - Bullying Managers, No Guidelines, No Business Processes, No 'Source of Truth', No Life, Everything is 'Simple and Quick' (yet advanced levels of programming needed), Everything is a High Priority, No Scope of the Job, Biggest Mistake of My Life! I believe I am an enthusiastic individual normally who can handle some pretty bad situations, but this takes it to the limit.

      Pros

      Virtual, fun events with the team quarterly, the patients are great and helping them get the things they need is the best part of this job.

      Cons

      Huge issue with favoritism, the management doesn't know the roles or responsibilities for the positions they are dose to manage, terrible training, catty and high school like gossip despite being a remote role, terribly abysmal pay
