Busy, lots of work, trying to get caught up.

new location, small company, easy location

extremely micro managed, excessive meetings, no accountability for management, completely unstable and creates constant turn over at both the top and bottom, stressful for the employee to not know when the last day is. no loyalty to employees, little opportunity for growth. recent loss of bonus package and raises that don't keep up.
