Very fast paced, growth was aggressive. Long hours and no end in sight.

When I worked at VIEVU for several years, I was fortunate to be surrounded by several hard-working, morally sound colleagues. The company's intentions were something I was eager to support and it was a unique experience being involved in the police body camera "boom."

VIEVU was a welcoming, tight-knit company until it was bought out by Safariland mid-2015. Since then, Safariland had instilled very questionable ethics and made it an extremely undesirable environment to work in. There is no real career trajectory for any position, and compensation has always been well below market. Everyone seemed to be stuck in a rut in their positions. *Note, I have been out of the company for several months so I am unaware of any improvements that may have been made regarding my cons above.
