My opinion after over a decade - Developer Videotron Employee Review

Lack of action from upper management. Many presentations, very few concrete applications. There is a re-organization every 2 years which causes career stagnation for many. Salary does not keep up with market or inflation. Lack of transparency from company to replace exodus of many top tier talents. Many are left to wonder what is going on and what viable solutions are being implemented to prevent it.
