Cons
but Boss is not trust worthy, what he say vocal today, tomorrow he will change, so he don't have any professional ethics and values . He makes a decision according to his benefits, suddenly they can say "you have to leave company". If your parents got sick and you have to look after and you ask WFH, for that detect your salary 5%. career wont build for who already had 2 year Experience people. don't ask salary hike.
