Pros
Seemed like a good work opportunity to delve further into field work.
Cons
30 days to wait to get paid. Very unprofessional overall on the field, dangerous tasks, any injury close calls that could have been avoided with more professional management at these high-end events. An associate of mine and myself were no longer given work after a mistake by the PM on one of the days on a job where they made an assumption that they were finished ahead of time and asked us and a few others to not come for the rest of the days scheduled for the job. By the next day I got another gig due to an arrangement with another AV company working on repairs. I was given a call asking where I was by people at their headquarters asking where I was, and I explained what I was asked do to by the higher ups at the job, and they never offered me or my associate another job again. I am a freelancer in several different fields, and also a human living on my own and need to pay my bills. Really didn't see this as a worthwhile company to work with anyway.
