Great Company to work for - Anonymous employee Videk Employee Review

Videk treats it's employees well. Everyone is taken care of, and my colleagues are very understanding of each other.

It's a small company, that means that you won't have a high paying job. And company income is largely dependent on the deals that it makes. I was hired originally to R&D CV algorithms for print defect detection, but when the deals didn't go through, I was unfortunately laid off. I understand though, it ain't personal.

Managers have no clue what your doing and I dont think they care either

No yearly inflation or performance increase, No management, No procedures for buisness practices, multiple job responsibilities with single job pay
