The company director does not care about the employee's progress and development. As a hardware engineer, expect to do the same thing for t least 20 years since career development is absolutely meaningless here. You can have performance review sessions with promises made every year, but the next day everything is forgotten, and you are back to the previous situation. The CEO have no connections with the hardware team in such a way that your emails could be left unanswered even in case of a reporting issue. Also, there is no active HR department at Victron Energy.
