Great shop environment, good people on the production and HR teams. Made me feel like family, had Halloween costume party, Thanksgiving Dinner and Christmas Party, and profit sharing.

Got hot in the summer but they fixed all the air conditioners so it was not too bad.

They provide decent health insurance.

Everything! Petty, greedy, uninvolved management. Impersonal on the verge of being rude - the owner will literally pass you in the hall and not acknowledge you. Old equipment, many folks even spend their own money to buy a decent desk chair since the management won't provide anything better. If you enter having a soul, be warned as they will suck it right out of you before they are through with you.
