Great shop environment, good people on the production and HR teams. Made me feel like family, had Halloween costume party, Thanksgiving Dinner and Christmas Party, and profit sharing.

Got hot in the summer but they fixed all the air conditioners so it was not too bad.

Decent pays for average work; A decent eye into the ecommerce field; Got to do things alone (if that's what you're into)

lack of communication; hardly any replies; free to do whatever you want (included just because I'd prefer some better structure); didn't really learn new things about Graphic Design.
