Pros
Autonomy, wonderful line staff, supportive accounting and human resource depatrments at the corporate office. Flexiblility in schedules, PTO vs vacation & sick time and nice location. Excellent training opportunities.
Cons
Some positions at the corporate level showed favortism and not all staff were held accountable for thier responsibilities. Often policies were constructed without eliciting feedback from the sites and the policies were not in always in line with the service being provided.
