Good people, Hours are 8:30-5pm, Pay is decent, and alot of employee appreciation events, raffles, prizes, lunches and such. Great for growth and career development. The H&S Manager is friendly and a great resource for information and direction. Treats in the form of cookies, brownies and danishes are provided to all employees for very month without any incidence or injuries. Travel to other locations (B.C., Alberta, Quebec) for audits, and inspections
Cons
Record keeping technology could be improved, Entry level supervisors could use further training on Duties and reporting responsibilities under the OHSA, and the disciplinary process could be more strict to prevent employees from being complacent and having repeat offences.
