      Shocking leadership - Business Improvement Analyst VicHealth Employee Review

      Pros

      Facilities and extended team are a great.

      Cons

      Manager has no leadership or support skills. As a new starter there were zero concerns or clear directions for the first 4 weeks. At week 5 review manager makes false accusations and provides no councel or measures to address any concerns. Specifically asked to stay off a big project but then says I don't contribute to it! Completely blinded sided by this unprofessional behaviour. I walked out.

      - An organisation that lives and breathes its values - Colleagues share the same vision (health equity, social justice) - Good work/life balance and flexibility - Flat structure and good mobility to move internally between teams and business units, particularly as a more junior staff member - Room for a lot of growth within the role and great exposure to various opportunities

      Cons

      - Flat structure means career progression may be limited
