After 2 years with Viber I can honestly say that this an amazing place to work!
Working on a large scale product that serves hundreds of millions of users is something you wont get in most companies.
My day to day decisions and actions has such an imapct and I'm proud to see my effort bear fruit.
The people around ma are always supportive and helpful and the team spirit is high.
The company keeps the hybrid work model which is great! It really supports a good work-life balance and allows me to spend more time with my family.
I truly appreciate the growth opportunities that the company provides. It's not just that one option of becoming a manager, but other development paths as well.
I myself was promoted not long ago for exceeding in personal goals.

Cons
- Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead)
- I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work
- No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
