Horrible leadership. If you want a job where leaders are encouraged to treat their team like kindergarteners and babysit them all day, this is the job for you. Very little support from upper management. Continual unreasonable goals. Coverage that gets worse, not better. Resources and training are awful. Customers find out about updates before reps do. Layoffs come out of nowhere and with no rhyme or reason. Some territories are huge. Very little long term potential.
