      Work environment is average, some of the Senior managers are good and sensible.

      Some managers are over aggressive and leadership style is questionable

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
