      The people at the plant level

      Cons

      Corporate Management doesn't care if the ruin your life. People that are leaving positive comments on this company have not even been there long to know better. anyone planning to work here they are all nice to you face but are very underhanded when it comes to business. These people don't know talent if it hit them in the head.

      Great benefits that start on day 1, generous PTO and flex time, good opportunities for anyone who wants to grow with a Company. They do fun activities through out the year and always giving away prizes/gift cards.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, generally comfortable working conditions, thoughtful employee perks (free coffee, employee appreciation events, quarterly bonus program)

      Cons

      HR and management allowed sexual harassment complaints to go uninvestigated and unresolved. Upper management was forced to eliminate the shift I was on and layoff approximately 40 people due to their own complete and utter lack of strategic foresight and planning.
