Working at Viacon has been one of the worst professional experiences of my career. The workplace is filled with politics, favoritism, and a complete lack of respect for employees. Seniors and managers are highly unprofessional, lack proper knowledge, and fail to provide any real guidance or leadership. Instead of fostering growth, they create a toxic environment where talent and hard work go unnoticed. The company culture is unhealthy, demotivating, and suffocating for anyone who values professionalism and respect. Employees are not treated with dignity, and constructive feedback or career growth is almost non-existent. If you are looking for a place to build your skills, grow, and be respected as a professional—Viacon is absolutely not the right choice.
