Up until recently all of the managers were former phone reps. The cream truly rose to the top.

LOTS OF DRAMA! Adults who act like children and are always in someone's business. Sexual harassment from some of the team leads and managers. Way to much gossip.

Work was engaging and the benefits were great. Managers were fun to work with and built some genuine friendships with them.

Wasn't stable due to split ownership and split verticles. Employees were challenging and at times overly combative
