      Good base pay, decent commission.

      Cons

      6-8 weeks wait time to receive commission, (AFTER the job installs) They laid all AEs off, then decided to hire more AEs. From revenue standpoint they are not looking good, they are constantly shutting down plants. Bad management.

      Pros

      $14 an hour, always moving around, free coffee and donuts, thanksgiving and christmas off.

      Cons

      Bad management, management would yell and scream for at employees for the problems they were responsible for, management also tripled product intake causing on time schedule failure and making other companies cut their contracts
