      Pros

      I set my own schedule and am home every day before my kids get home from school. Making $80k this year, only been there three years!

      Cons

      Physical work is no joke. Lost 30lbs my first two months.

      Weekly pay, hybrid work environment

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with requirements of job. Company continues to cut positions and ask more of employees that are left. I am now doing the job of multiple people from multiple departments (and companies!) with no change in compensation or adjustment of expectation of completed duties. In eight years I don't know that I've ever had a real merit based pay increase. Avoid.
