In the short time I worked here I was repeatedly shocked at how the company was run. Management and brand leaders have very little previous experience and for a majority of them this is their first job. They rely heavily on the backs of underpaid overworked employees to educate and pick up their slack while they get all the credit. Its not just a couple employees that have bad experiences, a majority of people that aren’t in a leadership positions views the company poorly. The retention rate is pathetic, most people leave after one year. Time and time they use the excuse that they’re a scrappy little “startup” when in reality they should be far from it. Be prepared to learn absolutely nothing and get overworked to the bone. Office culture? Cringe-worthy. Avoid this company when you can.
