Pros

1. You get to learn a lot for the 1st 2 months (Self Learning Mainly from the current system) 2. Most Employees are friendly and share interests outside of work. 3. It's an easy process to get into the company. 4. Occasional free food and treats every other month 5. There are sometimes company events like bowling/barbecues etc 6. The CEO has been trying to improve the company with Fridays you can leave 30 minutes early and more remote work to save employees time and fuel. 7. You will always have work to do after your first 3 months so you'll have no time to get bored. 8. Walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants.

Cons

1. Repetitive Websites 2. Old Tech Stack 3. Hard work will only reward you with more work with no pay rises 4. Pay is uncompetitive and on the lowest legal limit when starting. 5. Work hours are long and holiday allowance is at the legal limit. 6. Parking is a struggle, so you must arrive 30 minutes earlier. 7. Toilet facilities are limited. 8. Occasionally there is micro-management of employees 9. Seniors are busy most of the time so you have to be taught juniors who don't always come up with the right way of doing things (bad habits developed). 10. No real perks besides the occasional free food and opportunity to learn through trial and error on client sites. 11. Offices are set up where it's easy for everyone to catch a sickness from others making everyone sick when one person catches an illness. 12. Salary increases for long-term employees after 3 years don't beat inflation making you poorer every year. 13. The workload is sometimes like a sweatshop.

Pros

On your birthday, you’re allowed to come in a little later than usual. The people here are generally chill and down-to-earth, and it’s very rare to be treated unfairly. You can learn a lot, especially early in your career, thanks to supportive and encouraging management.

Cons

The workload is high compared to the pay, which is not very competitive. The holiday allowance is the legal minimum, and parking is limited, often causing conflict among employees. Staff must electronically tag in and out each day, and there are few to no opportunities for working from home. Additionally, the organization experiences extremely high turnover.
