      CEO has the EQ of a 12 year old. Emotional narcissist individual who claims to care but really only cares about the next Ferrari-McLaren or Proche he can buy at the expense of your soul.

      Cons

      It is an agency environment, you’re given the tools and training, then it’s sink or swim. You either have the skin for agency recruiting culture or you don’t.
