      Plenty of PTO Access to software tools and resources Good benefits

      Pressure to grow is pushing company away from work life balance In the past, the work life balance and benefits was an acceptable tradeoff for average to below average pay. What was forward thinking benefits 25-30 years ago is now basic tablestakes in the software world.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
