Flexibility of remote work is what I would call a Pro

Cons is that it’s remote and I want to see my team in person if they all lived in same state

- great team that will give you the tools to succeed

- They are highly focused on AI tools but almost too much to the point where its a detriment and things take longer because AI has to be involved at every angle.
