During the pandemic management was extremely unhelpful. For account representatives your success is solely based on your territory and goal. Territories often have unreachable goals. Indiana reps-management team does not reside in state which leads to a disconnect of the potential of each territory. Proceed with caution as management is manipulative and demeaning towards reps. Pay does not reflect stress and amount of work.
